- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other platforms in Mandarin/Cantoneseand English.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, technical support) to resolve complex cases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
- Translate documents or assist with communication between Chinese-speaking clients and the company, if needed.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer service protocols.
