What you'll do:
As an Application Support Engineer, L2, you will play a leading role in supporting and optimising processes. You will own daily operations, including providing operational support, resolving technical issues, performing quality assurance checks, and interacting with business stakeholders.You will operate in a global environment, collaborating with international teams to design and implement sustainable digital solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end support to stakeholders
- Ensure the continuous functioning of implemented solutions
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level operational support
- Resolve technical issues and perform quality assurance checks
- Interact with business stakeholders

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Application Support Engineer, L2 role will have a degree or comparable education in the field of computer and information science. You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in an IT environment. Your strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting will be crucial for this role.You should be confident in SQL and have solid knowledge with Java.
- Experience in Application Support as Level 2 and/or Level 3
- Interest in operations and incident management
- Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge with Java and SQL
- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Understanding of DevOps practice
