They are now seeking an Assistant Manager for the Operations Department to oversee daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

Maintenance:

• Oversee the maintenance team and daily activities, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Ensure maintenance work follows procedures and respond promptly to requests and emergencies
• Manage maintenance inventory and confirm specifications for new model
• Ensure compliance with documentation, audits, and health, safety, and environmental regulations

Quality Control:

• Manage quality control processes and supervise QC staff
• Identify and implement improvements in QC processes and ensure compliance with documentation
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Analyze and improve quality issues, and monitor quality management systems
• Prepare and present quality reports to management, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
• Familiar with ISO standards
• Preferably a candidate specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Resourceful, result-oriented, flexible, and adaptable leadership with the ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
