Senior Marketing Executive/Business Development (Retail) New

A leading multinational retail company is looking for a Senior Marketing/Business Development Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with marketing and promotional projects assigned by marketing lead.
• Gather feedback and channel requests to marketing Lead.
• Assist in store creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, year-end-sale, etc)
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across marketing, E-commerce, retail and operations.
• Participate diligently in any promotion / campaign from time to time to achieve stakeholders desired results
• Provide strategic direction and clear communication to retail visual designer in achieving effective visuals.
• Identify new business and revenue opportunities with industry trends analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the mall management team.
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree holder
• 4 to 5 years of working experience with retail marketing focus
• Preferably experienced in managing mall and creative personnel
• Adaptable, able to multitask and bold in trying new ideas that can generate sales or traffic
• Self-motivated and team oriented
