Operations Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline .
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in regulatory compliance with DOSH, DOE and etc.
• Experience in safety management in terms of workplace and operation.
• Leadership & communication skill.
• Fast learner, attentive to details.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
• Chinese speaking to work with China counterparts and engineering team.

Build up the Malaysia team operations which includes the following:

• Prepare a recruitment plan, oversee the hiring process, mentor, coach and manage
