Accounts Executive - Temporary (5 Months)

Assist in preparation of journals on provision/accruals/prepayment charge out.

Assist in checking of intercompany related transactions and perform reconciliation.

Prepare related balance sheet schedules after closing.

Assist in data preparation for tax computation.

Assist in internal and external audit requirements.

Filing of all journal vouchers.

Assist in preparing Weekly Sales Forecast.

Preparation of costing for goods received and compilation of data on freight expenses of truck shipment on monthly basis.

To vouch and verify the payment made to Custom and assist in compiling required information related to e-Invoicing.

Assist in annual stock count exercise.

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Possess 1 year of working experience in related scope.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to start immediately.
• Willing to work on a temporary contract for 5 months.
