We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive cum Business Development Staff to join our team at Lee Choon Hardware Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
- Candidates must at least possess SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Managing existing customer relationships and actively developing new business opportunities within those retail hardware shops on selected area and related industries.
- In-depth understanding of our product range, including building & construction materials, hardware, and related products.
- Knowledge of industry trends and product innovations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Valid driving license and own transportation.
- Proficiency in local languages (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin).
- Outstation if needed with allowance. (Johor, Melaka & Perak)
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with existing customers/dealers
- Able to develop and expand new customer based on selected area
- Drive sales growth and conduct market research
- Ensure the payment for all customers/dealers have been collected according to payment terms
- Prepare sales report monthly
- Yearly Bonus
- Yearly Sales incentive
- Basic Salary + Commission on Sales
- Allowance (Petrol + Toll)
- EPF / Socso
