Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin Clerk to support our daily office operations, including punch card, document management, and general clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities✅ Able to read/write in English/Malay.
✅ Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical & digital)
✅ Assist in data entry and record updates
✅ Support superiors with administrative tasks
✅ Handle general office duties (answering calls, organizing files, banking,photocopying, filing, typing etc.)
✅ To response emails, whatsapp and enquiries.
✅Assist in punch card calculations for working days, OT, public holidays, and lateness.
✅Prepare cheques and follow up on tenancy agreements.
✅Undertake other related duties as and when required by Superior.
Ideal Candidate✅ Education: SPM or Diploma in Business Admin
✅ Experience: Prior admin/clerk experience
✅ Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & Excel), organized, and attentive to details
✅ Language: English & Malay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
1st Saturday of the Month: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM2nd Saturday of the Month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
