  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Social media savvy
Customer Communication & Support
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, bookings, and complaints.
  • Assist customers in understanding service packages and follow-up on inquiries.
Service Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, HR, sales) to coordinate timely service delivery.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers.
  • Update customers on service progress and changes.
Complaint Handling
  • Record, investigate, and follow up on customer complaints or feedback.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate customer records, service request logs, and feedback reports.
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer satisfaction and issues raised.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather testimonials or reviews.
