Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and passion for social media marketing are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. )
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong knowledge of video production and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut) is an advantage.
- Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing social media campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and ability to collaborate with teams.
- Willingness to stay updated on social media trends and algorithms.
- Develop, plan, and implement social media strategies to align with the brand’s goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize SEO-friendly content (text, images, videos) for all digital and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, etc.), including video production and photo editing.
- Plan, schedule, and execute paid social media campaigns, managing budgets on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads while tracking performance using analytics tools.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization and preparing performance reports that track key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.).
- Build brand awareness, engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and manage influencer partnerships to enhance engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and algorithm changes, ensuring strategies remain effective and aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with external party to ensure cohesive messaging and successful campaign execution.
