- To coordinate with Shipping for any Return Material Authorization such as provide the shipping documents for custom purpose, request ,aterials for repair, arrange collection and shipment.
- To monitor and coordinate with internal relevant department for customer returned.
- To translate Mandarin and English documents.
- Liaise with third party auditor from certification bodies/
- To conduct internal audit for product safety compliance.
