At least Study Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Post Graduate in Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysia OSHA and any other relevant local legislation.
- Stay updated on DOSH guidelines and industry standards to implement in workplace policies.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Inspect and ensure all machinery, tools and equipment meet safety standard.
- Conduct safety training sessions and workshops for employees
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
- Conduct regular safety committee meeting
- Perform any other safety duties or responsibilities which are as assigned from time to time.
