Technician (Facilities)
IRIS Corporation Berhad Kuala Lumpur Full-time
Minimum SPM certificate/ Wireman/ Chargeman/ Air-Cond/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building services related certification.
- Troubleshoot and repair of manufacturing and utility equipment/ systems.
- Required to do other maintenance work such as general repair, carpentry, electrical and plumbing works, painting according to standard.
- Ability and willingness to work off/ varied shift/ weekends, as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing/ building and utility equipment/ systems.
- Support production/ building operation activities at all times by ensuring minimum response times to equipment breakdowns and achievement of equipment availability targets.
- Oversees the buildings and grounds operation, electrical and mechanical functions, utility supply and all facilities related elements.
- Ensure all documentation and data is complete, accurate and current.
- To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the Company.
