Quantity Surveyor(KL,PHG,JOHOR)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This role is crucial to ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and effective resource management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tenders
• • Monitor project progress and track variations or changes to the contract
• • Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluation, and payments
• • Conduct cost analysis and value engineering
• • Prepare and present regular financial reports to management
• • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• • years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, methods, and materials
• • Proficient in QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Excel)
• • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
