- Sales & Customer Experience – Drive sales performance while creating a welcoming shopping environment for customers.
- Inventory & Stock Control – Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and minimize discrepancies.
- Staff Leadership & Development – Train, mentor, and support staff to maintain high levels of productivity and customer service.
- Marketing & Promotions – Implement local branch marketing activities and campaigns to boost sales.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis – Track sales, customer trends, and operational effectiveness to optimize store performance.
