Operation Executive

• At least 3 years working experience in food manufacturing or food processing is needed.
• Knowledge of food processing is preferable.
• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP).
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Work, and Power Point.
• Possess leadership capabilities to drive teams to excellence.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Applicant must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.
• Assist production manager in handling and resolving any disputes or problems that occur in production.
• To ensure smooth running of the daily operation in Food Processing department.
• Coordinating daily production activities and assisting in order to organize work according to the strategy of department.
• To communicate with Sales Department on the supply, nature and quality requirements of further processed products.
• To ensure smooth operation of machines by communicate with Maintenance Department on the engineering needs so that facilities and equipment are always well maintain to meet the production needs.
• To communicate with Store Department on receiving from production.
• Responsible for manpower and inventory arrangement.
• Monitoring personnel discipline to ensure harmonious working environment.
• To review, assess and make recommendations for improvements on production performance & requirement.
• Responsible for identifying training needs, carry out planning on employee deployment and training employees.
• Maintain proper housekeeping practice in the production area.
• To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
