Mandarin Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Sector (Night Shift, May Intake)
Job Requirements:
Education: SPM or higherExperience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Service
Languages: Proficient in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is an added advantage)

Working Hours:
5 days per week
9 hours per day (shifts scheduled between 6:00 PM – 8:00 AM)

Job Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist users by handling their inquiries via inbound calls, live chats, and emails, focusing on the Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, or China markets. Therefore, proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests via phone, email, and chat, supporting a well-known product.- Understand and accurately address customer questions or escalate them through the correct support channels if necessary.
- Manage customer escalations, ensuring they are properly recorded, followed up, and resolved or escalated as needed.
- Provide feedback on tools, resources, and procedures to improve team workflows and the overall customer experience.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with customers in both Mandarin and English.
