What we're looking for
- Min LCCI/Diploma in Accounting OR Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- A self-motivated team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication skill and detail-oriented
- Possess a sense of responsibility and hardworking
- Must be able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
- Language proficiency: English & Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Experience in F&B/Trading industry and AutoCount software is a plus.
- Willing to learn and grow in an administrative role.
- Own transport is required
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience

What you'll be doing
Accounts- Handle daily transactions and general accounts tasks
- Prepare and submit SST tax filings
- Issue and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and journals
- Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and handle online banking
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable/payable
- Process AR, AP, and GL transactions
- Maintain financial records for year-end closing and audit
- Assist management with finance-related matters
- Provide full admin support for smooth operations
- Manage and track outlet licensing and renewals
- Maintain company/restaurant assets and facilities
- Coordinate projects, liaise with vendors, ensure compliance and timely execution
- Assist with new outlet openings and ongoing maintenance
- Handle daily operational and assigned tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
- Plan and manage tasks efficiently
- Multitask and meet deadlines effectively
- Bonus: Experience with restaurant fit-outs in shopping malls
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
