Account Support Associate
Working as full-time SEA Accounting Support, you will be processing invoices from suppliers for inventory purchases that were
performed by our branches and purchasing group. You will be responsible to communicate and resolve accounts payable matters with our
branches and suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Maintaining the administration of supplier relationships and resolving match exception issues; o Verifying supplier invoices for compliance and accuracy; o Processing invoices, credits, and payments to suppliers; o Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements; o Identifying and implementing procedural improvements to enhance efficiency; o Planning and organizing activities to complete assigned tasks on time with a high level of accuracy; o Completing special projects and other administrative tasks.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Accounting OR have relevant work experience; o Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language; o Proficient using Microsoft Office; o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities, and attention to detail; o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and analytical skills; o Possess math aptitude and basic knowledge of Accounting principles; o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment; o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
o Must live or relocate to Johor due to use of company equipment.
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Experience working in Accounts Payable; o Proficient using PeopleSoft.
