Maintenance Planner (FMCG)
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of machinery and equipment within a leading food manufacturing company.
What you'll do:
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of our client's food manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for various machinery and equipment.You will also be tasked with scheduling and coordinating maintenance work to minimise disruptions to production. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment history. Furthermore, you will analyse equipment performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing reliability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for machinery and equipment.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Planner position brings more than 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably within the food manufacturing industry. You possess strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and are proficient in using CMMS software.Your excellent organisational skills enable you to effectively schedule and coordinate maintenance work, while your problem-solving abilities allow you to address any issues that arise promptly. Experience with root cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance is essential for this role.
- More than 5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and CMMS software.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with root cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
