At Kopenhagen Coffee, we don’t just sell coffee—we share stories, build relationships, and bring a little Nordic calm into every cup. We're looking for a self-motivated, people-focused Roastery Sales Executive to help grow our coffee community and expand our reach.

You’ll be the link between our roastery and clients—whether you’re hosting tastings, connecting with cafés, or crafting thoughtful proposals, you’ll represent our values of Nestled Goodness in every interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong client connections through regular visits and follow-ups
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with care and speed
  • Provide genuine, reliable service that clients can trust
Sales & Growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture leads
  • Promote our curated blends and single origins
  • Deliver clear, tailored proposals and host coffee tastings
  • Support corporate events to grow brand awareness
Collaboration & Strategy
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and launches
  • Work with ops to ensure smooth deliveries and logistics
  • Share market insights and competitor activity
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
What We’re Looking For
  • B2B or B2C sales experience (F&B or coffee a bonus)
  • Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
  • Independent, organized, and results-driven
  • Passionate about coffee and eager to keep learning
  • Holds a valid driving license and open to travel

  • Confident and people-focused, with strong communication skills; experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Flexible and organized, able to multitask and manage details effectively
  • Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, and confident delivering presentations
  • Self-motivated, quick to learn, and results-driven in your approach
  • Someone who enjoys discovering the latest cafes and restaurants around town
  • Approachable and warm personality, with a genuine passion for coffee
  • Disciplined and highly driven, capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong grasp of strategic planning and a results-oriented mindset
  • Solid understanding of sales, business development, customer relationships, and negotiation techniques
  • Holds a valid driving license and is open to traveling as part of the role
