Randstad is partnering up with a leading corporate advisory firm in Malaysia, with an extensive Japanese client list. They are expanding and looking for account executive or account assistant to join their team.

about the job

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records through regular bookkeeping and ledger updates.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory submissions and employee benefit contributions.
• Support the compilation and review of periodic financial statements and performance summaries.
• Contribute to the preparation of various tax-related documentation, covering individual and corporate tax, SST, and other relevant filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors, corporate secretaries, and regulatory consultants to ensure timely compliance with reporting and statutory requirements.
• Engage with government bodies as needed for business compliance and regulatory matters.
• Take on additional finance-related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
