about the job
You will play a pivotal role in partnering with prospective clients and lead exploratory discussions and workshops with stakeholders across departments.- Conduct pre-qualification checks with prospects to assess alignment between their business objectives and our solutions.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with Heads of Departments and their teams.
- Strategically map our solutions to client challenges, ensuring alignment with their key business objectives and desired outcomes.
- Guide prospective clients in discussions focused on optimising their construction work flows and enhancing overall process efficiency.
- Bachelor graduate in Quantity surveyor/ construction or similar qualification
- Possess understanding of construction processes
- Has strong communication and negotiation skills
- Has experience in discussion and presentation to identify challenges and mapping solutions to potential clients
- Able to work independently
