• Provide technical support to clients and field engineers.
• Develop scopes of work, pricing, and contract execution plans.
• Prepare quality documentation (ITPs, IRS, Work Procedures).
• Review and approve service reports.
• Perform field service activities on rotating machinery (steam turbines, compressors, pumps, etc.).
• Oversee inspections, repairs, and commissioning.
• Supervise teams or work independently.
• Manage large-scale turnaround projects.
• Support workshop operations and sales activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide training and technical guidance to service teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in rotating equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in technical documentation and computer skills.
